The current Meltebeke neighborhoods include Regency Estates, Park View Estates, and Lake Shore Estates. Each of these communities provide a family-friendly atmosphere where the yards are big enough to make great playgrounds. The area streets are wide enough for drivers while staying safe enough for joggers and cyclists, and there's usually a park or common area nearby for the whole family to enjoy on those great Eugene summer afternoons.
